They sent a junior plumber to answer a complicated problem. He spent half the time on the phone and after 2 h told me what I already knew - my French Drain was blocked. He charged 140 for using the camera for 2 feet of work (yes, its on the bill!). $400 nearly FOR NOTHING. Unprofessional service and a rip off. We used another plumber who did the diagnostic for nothing, and Potvin lost $16,000 worth of business. When I phoned and complained, they did not care. Oh, I forgot - I did get a 'free' pen. If I could give 0 stars or negative, I would.

After a bad experience with Home Depot, I went to Danny Potvin and it was so simple. They arrived on time and changed my water heater in record time. I highly recommend them!

N'hésitez pas à l'appeler s'il y a un problème, il prendra le temps de vous écouter et de trouver une solution pour votre entière satisfaction.
