Beni came on schedule, quickly assessed the problem, and recommended several solutions. He was very courteous, informative, and not pushy at all. After selecting from the options, he got to work promptly and carefully, installed a new boiler, and now we have hot water again! He explained his work thoroughly and kept the work area very clean. Found no hot water in the house on Saturday evening. Checked the water heater and found water all over the floor. Called a few places to get price quotes. WHO offered competitive pricing and no upcharge for Sunday service (other places charged double on Sunday). Scheduled for Sunday at 1pm. Mack arrived right on time and assessed the situation. Pretty clear it needed to be replaced but he explained why. He replaced all the fittings and insulation and re-strapped everything to code. Finished in less than 2 hours and explained everything about the new heater. Even honored a coupon that was expired for $50 off. Great, efficient service. Would recommend.
