I would just like to thank customer service for helping me with a Costco One Piece Toilet part. I was having an issue with the Flush Canister leaking back into the toilet bowl. They initially sent me the part which I thought was correct however on install I noticed I had the wrong size. My fault completely.Anyways I told them what happened and we both figured out which Flush Canister it was. The part arrived two days later at my door step. Installed the new canister and everything is great. Big thank-you to Globe Union for your patience and understanding on this issue.I don't normally do reviews but this one was over and above. Great service is all I can say...Its nice to see this especially when it hardly exists.
Très bon sur la garantie et excellent service
Excellent service à la clientèle. J'ai acheté 2 robinets il y a plus de 10 ans (étant garantie à vie) ayant un problème d'eau qui coule des manches de robinets. J'ai pris des photos et envoyé le tout par courriel. Le lendemain, je recevais les pièces problématiques. J'ai changé les pièces et mon problème est réglé. Merci encore
