Unprofessional company. Do not use or waste your time with them. Gave me an appointment took a day off work and they never showed up or called. When I called they didn’t care. Do Not Recommend and do NOT use.

Simon07 investigated a problem with our basement bathroom sink and at a second date replaced a blocked pipe under the bathroom floor. We were very happy with his work. He clearly explained what he thought was going on and the best direction to take. He also walked us through the steps as he fixed the problem. Thank you Simon07! We will definitely be recommending him to others.

Simon #7 replaced the hot water tank was very cordial let me know if I had any questions to just call and leave a message for him. Overall an excellent job. I would not hesitate to recommend Simon and Pure Plomberie . Called at 4:15 on Tuesday and the the tank was installed by 3:30 Wednesday

Nicholas (Nick) the technician came on time, started to work right away. The end result is it was a breeze. Nick made it look so easy, very neat, finished on time. He went out of his way to clean ( this is my opinion). He appreciated the fact that I had the place under the kitchen sink, so clean????. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Thank you Nick.

Great service, called yesterday and got an appointment for today at the time that was convenient for me. Got a call from their office 30 minutes before the service man (Simon) was due to arrive and he was here on time the service was fantastic and speedy and I didn't even know that you could use your CAA membership to get a 3% discount on top of that so that was even better. I would definitely recommend this company for any Plumbing Service
