Our technician, Justin, was wonderful ! He thoroughly explained our issues and got us fixed up quickly! We will definitely be personally requesting him and trusting Dean's for all of our future plumbing needs!

Called about having a hot water heater installed and this guy who answered the phone was so rude. I asked why another plumber said I needed an expansion tank we we don’t have one on the current tank and he kept doing this rude chuckle, So I hung up. I will take my business else where. No need to be rude and cocky when someone asks a Question. I’m not a plumber so I don’t know code requirements and this is his profession. Not sure how they do any business acting like that.

The two workers sent to our home to do the plumbing were phenomenal. Justin H. and Trace B. were both excellent; they were on time, knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely hard-working.

I called late Saturday afternoon and technician was there less then 30 minutes. Awesome guy and great service. Will only use them from now on.

Tyler came to inspect my water heater which was not heating. He found the contractor remodeling the bathrooms had connected a valve incorrectly. He and Tres corrected it and saved me a new water heater. Excellent service. I won't use anyone else.
