Called them multiple times for time sensitive service. They either did not respond or brushed me off by telling me they'd get back to me later in the day. It's a shame they used to be such a good company. If you have an emergency or need a specific appointment call elsewhere. You'll pay a fraction of the price and actually get service.

Needed some cold hot water shower control replaced, the guy came in for an estimate ... wanted 750$ and use 3 guys ... called someone else who did it alone for 120$ in under 2 hours ... feel free to come to your own conclusion.
