I was overcharged. The plumber was just padding the bill.I had a second opinion and was told I was riped off for the job that needed to be done.I stil had the problem. I called to complain and the person yelled and hung up the phone.

The plumber was watching the furnace and doing nothing else (when he could have been) for a good 20 minutes. I was reviewing the invoice for 10 seconds when the plumber told-me "Hurry Up". Very rude.

Superior service! These folks were kind, polite and competent. Getting service over the holidays felt like it was going to be impossible - McHenry really delivered

Was referred by a friend to McHenry for a plumbing emergency. I left two messages but never got a call back.

Incredibly expensive. He charged 1 hour just to go get the pump for an electric furnace in some supposed warehouse. Before hand, he told me that he was changing a lot of those pumps. Since he does, I'm sure he has a few in is truck at all times. Also he triples and quadruples on the retail price of parts (easy to compare with reno-depot or other) Charges 1 1/2 min. + big coming over fee. To top-it all off, he tells you to hurry signing the bill. Never again.
