Quebec Plombier

i think one star is too much for him .he charged me $472.16 for sink installtion that alredy be ready. pipe have too de cut little bit.when i called robert goyotte he asked me 165$ per hour.actually i didnt know the price plombier.i tnought it is like that.he came in with one little box. and in andout many times.i asked him how long it will be taken?he said one hour.he aksed me set price or no .i thought weird question one hour payment is not .after that he did many times in and out for pick up the his tools. i dont know why he doent know what tools he need for this jobh who (has 25years experience)any way it took one hour ans 14min.he went out for culculation took for 15min.i think he wanted to ask me already 1hour 30min. that is why he took long time out side for culculation.he charged extra $163.31 for his plastic piece .i had to pay $472.16 with tax.somebody can you explain me it is normal? i dont want to make another victims like me that is why i put review here. every association have to protect your cusomers too not just for the members.you can be the customers for another service.

Aujourd'hui, nous avons vécu un dégât d'eau. Québec Plombier était les premiers sur les lieu du sinistre. Efficacité et prix raisonnable. Merci à toute l'équipe.

Je viens d'essayer d'appeler pour avoir des renseignements par téléphone pour prévoir un budget et je me suis quasiment fait raccrocher au nez ! Un gros zéro pour le Service à la clientèle !
