Had E.G. Stairs in twice to fix my Geo Thermal Furnace. Both times they have proven to be very knowledgeable and efficient. The technicician that came to my house advised me step by step of what he was doing and what he had to do to repair my issues. He also explained how the system operates to me and what I need to do to help stay efficient. Great company has my recommendation.
Kind of comical a couple of the google reviews appear to be from one of their own plumbing/heating specialists. Nothing like pumping your own tires! Regardless I've used EG Stairs several times to service my electric boiler -- their hourly rate is on the high side but in all my experiences I have found them to be efficient, friendly and professional.
Have had my 2 ductless splits cleaned and new air exchanger purchased and installed through EG Stairs in the last 12 months. Stairs is always quick to do the job, best price in town, quality friendly service and pleasant to deal with. They really cleaned the ductless wall units and the difference in air flow is crazy! I recommend an annual or bi-annual scrubbing by them.

Water backing up into basement toilet! Called immediately and left message. No response for four hours now. No worries, someone else was able to help. Don't advertise 24/7 if your not, would have saved me time and damages.
