Had a really bad experience here. Called and quoted a service over the phone. That guy was really nice and seemed very helpful. Field guy called the next day wanted double the price. I capitulated. They went onsite and said it would be double the second price because it required new parts and more labor they hadn't counted on, even though they knew the product they were installing before getting onsite. Said it needed a special part. I wanted it done so I said go ahead. Final bill was 20% higher than the third quote. I called to express my discontent and they "split the difference" with me on the 20% increase. Felt like a complete racket. Except for the first person I talked to who was really nice and well organized. Everyone else, was disorganized, I talked to three different people. They had zero care in the outcome. I probably should have just gone elsewhere. Everyone after the first person had a take it or leave attitude and didn't seem to care about anything other than charging me more.

This is a great place to get powder coating done and you can get your cabinets built. Get a brand new vanity with a brand new sink with plumbing all installed. Custom built cabinets. DW will knock your house down and rebuild it from scratch. That's why I rate this 5 star.

Find all hard to find parts to repair older homes...very good service.
