Gallagher's Plumbing , Heating & Air Conditioning

I've worked with you for several years now; 2 A/C's and a furnace. Now a water filtration system. In the past year, Trevor, and now Keith, have taken care of my business with you. In both cases I've been very pleased with the level of customer service (this hasn't always been the case with Gallagher's) that these two fellows provided. They're VERY knowledgeable in their profession, they take time to answer all my questions in an understandable way and take whatever amount of time needed to do it. In Trevor's case, he's taken additional effort to help an issue, more than one would expect in a routine installation. Same with Keith in regard to explaining "how things work", knowing the business and answering questions. These guys are both huge assets to your company. In my opinion, customer service in 2015 is hugely diminished over the last 50 years yet it is the most important feature I value in companies like yours. These guys provided the level of customer service I appreciate. In essence, I expect a company to know their business and do proper work as, clearly, I rely on you for this as also as clearly I don't know and can't do what you do. That's why I hire a contractor. So, my compliments to both these guys. Also know that there's no BS here and I don't give out kudos gratuitously or frequently. Erik Havana, Chico.

Trevor showed up on time, did a quick and efficient job. He was polite, courteous and always put the shoe covers on as to not track dirt inside. Awesome job!

I have been a club member of Gallagher’s for over 3 years. I’m extremely happy with their service. They come out and tune up my system twice a year. They really go through the system to make sure it is running well!

I consider Gallagher's a not notch company. I would recommend them to anybody. All great people to work with from Bob the estimater to Tommy the installer to Trevor the maintenance tech who was just here. Always here when they say they're going to be here, which is very important to me. They are definitely a five star company. Thanks for a job well done.
