Travelling back to Inuvik from Tuk, a rock took out the valve on my tank drain on my travel trailer, resulting in all of the water in my tanks leaking out and potentially a major inconvienence to my families trip. After stopping at the first 2-3 plumbing/ever repair shop places in town, I wasn’t able to garner much interest/support in getting this fixed in some fashion. Upon arrival at Rocky’s, I was greeted enthusiastically with some real interest shown in helping me out. It wasn’t long before we came up with a solution that worked, and I was on my way again - pro bono to boot! Exemplary northern customer service at its best!
