They showed up and were very efficient at clearing out our toilet. Apparently the tenants flushed a lot of baby wipes which clogged the line up.

I would give these jokers 0 stars if that was an option!!! These people are terrible! My water heater went out and was not working. I called Vaughn's to come and get it fixed. The tech that they sent was basically incompetent. He straight up told me he didn't know what the problem was. After over an hour and a half of being at my house and doing absolutely NOTHING, he said that he would have to get me a quote about actually fixing the problem. I asked him how much he thought it would cost. He told me it would be over $1,000 to replace the exhaust pipe and that he would most likely be there for most of the day repairing. Needless to say that was an outrageous statement. After never hearing back from them I fixed the exhaust pipe myself for a total of $250 and it took me less than 30 minutes. They also refuse to tell me the name of the guy who came to my house or to send me an itemized receipt letting me know what they wasted my time and money on.... Please don't waste your time calling these thieves!!!

Technicians did a good job. Customer service/office staff knowledge was awful. Will not use again.

We had a great experience with Vaughn's! We just moved to Green River from Oregon and had purchased a house. The lower level drains were all backing up with sewage on the 3rd day of our ownership! It was scary and we were exhausted. They came out and repaired the problem immediately even though they had to delay other jobs to do so. They did an excellent job. They were here for 3 hours. They explained the problem and potential solutions to us should the problem recur. The charge with $450.00 - we thought it quite reasonable considering the exceptional effort they made to assist us and the wonderful service we received. We highly recommend Vaughn's Plumbing! JOSH AND DANIEL DID AN EXCELLENT JOB!

Our furnace went out late in the evening. We called and their expert and I tried troubleshooting it over the phone. I could not figure it out, so they had a service technician over first thing the next morning. While the technician was at our house he did courtesy checks on all of our gas appliances. (Water heater, furnace, fireplace). The technician found our furnace was not functioning properly and tagged it unusable due to fire danger and carbon monoxide levels. I then called Keaton and Gavin to find out what my next steps were. They promptly got me a bid on a replacement that was far less then I expected, and had a crew over yet again promptly to get the old one replaced. Excellent and timely service at a fair price. What more could I ask. Simply the best.
