They were available when no one else was. They came by in a reasonable amount of time. The plumbers were friendly, and they apparently did decent work. It took them six weeks to even get me an invoice though, and that is not acceptable. They couldn't even give me an idea of how much the charge would be so I could set the money aside. It ended up costing way more than I anticipated, especially since what I had them do was fairly simple. I also asked them for a quote for another bigger job, and I was apparently charged for them to take the time to measure the space, but I still have yet to receive the quote.

Thinks sewage coming back into the house is not important and wants the person living there to wait 4 days. Edit: sewage coming back into someone's house is a health issue, that can cause other problems like children been taken from parents by the state. In other words it's an emergency and should not be put off unless you dont have the part or working equipment to fix it. I do understand employees want to go home and spend time with family but they and you know in your trade emergency come up and have to be taken care of fast. I would have gladly paid the emergency price. If you can not respond to an emergency call like that, or just don't want to (that is the more likely one) then advertise that you don't do those calls
