Powder River Heating & AC

This outfit is by far the most expensive if you are looking for something residential. When I went with another bid, which was literally $1,000 less than Powder River, they decided to send me a bill for just assessing the issue I was having with my AC. I actually think it is fair for them to be compensated for an assessment, but they never mentioned that upfront, which is just a matter of character and integrity. People that go with Powder River most likely do so because they don’t take the time to get another bid. Their team in Buffalo is super friendly and I enjoyed meeting them, but that doesn’t make up for a $1,000 difference in a bid.

We were having hot water pressure issues and called these guys and they were awesome. Very nice and respectful! And they found the problem got it all fixed up and cleaned up. Very impressed with the service!! Highly recommend these guys!! Thank you so much for your work!
