I'd give zero stars if I could, because they never showed up. We made the appointment, and they comfirmed the day before. Well the morning of, we called to see if they were coming and she told us we didn't have an appointment, so she'd call us back to see what was going on. She never called back. An hour or so later we called back, since she never called, and she said that we didn't even make an appointment so we'd have to reschedule it. We told her that was unacceptable and she said she would do what she could and call us back, then hung up on us. She never called us back, we had another plumber come fix our emergency right away. So we called them back and told them we didn't want their business because the job was already done. I would never recommend anyone to Dan's plumbing. Go to Rod Henry and Sons in Toronto instead!!!

They provide me with great service. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Have called them at least 3-4 times . They will take your number to call you back. I have had to call back multiple times and typically I have gotten called back right about 3-4 weeks after I call about an issue. So if it's a issue you want fixed this month prob not for you. UPDATE: now they return my calls and tell me they are going to come and fix it . Then when the day comes either I hear nothing or a tech calls and says he is coming but never does. Always has the excuse of being so busy and will try and fit me in! Guessing my appointment doesn't matter since they already installed it and charged me $8k and they got their money. UPDAE #2-. I now call them about once a week. They tell me a tech will come out and no one shows up. So I call back again they act confused and say we will have a tech come out this afternoon......THEY NEVER SHOW AGAIN. This has been ongoing since ingot the system last summer

Made a call to them, tech came out and looked at leak. Was going to charge almost $400 for job. He didnt have the parts needed. He left and I canceled the job. Got a bill the next month for $160. No work done. Called them back when I got the bill and the Jodi the ceo or manager and threatened me, she said would send it to the magistrate, then hung up on me. No service charge was mentioned. Very rude and way too expensive.
