Received a very quick call back with 30 minute ETA. Pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Was able to lead us in the right direction to finding the source of our plumbing problem. Really appreciate ya!

Both my husband and I called and left a voicemail for Wicks Plumbing trying to find someone to fix a broken pipe flooding our basement. No one picks up the phone and no one returned our calls. Not sure if they’re out of business or only work a few days of the week. Either way, save yourself the stress and call someone else. We ended up having to bring in a plumber from Winchester to fix the pipe.

Don’t waste your time. Won’t answer the phone, won’t respond to voicemail, completely unresponsive. Definitely more professional plumbing contractors in town.
