Had an issue with my bathtub faucet this company came out and gave me a couple of options with my estimate. Very professional. Technicians came out and fully explained what they were doing and always kept me involved of anything different they needed to do. Both gentlemen were polite and courteous. I highly recommend using this company for any of your plumbing needs.
Just contacted B&B PLUMBING to come out and check a leaking water heater today. They were very professional. Fixed the leak free of charge. Told me if it started to leak again they would gladly replace it for me. Very honest and friendly service! I highly recommend B&B PLUMBING
Caleb and Brandon were very professional and friendly guys. Scheduled a service through their website portal Friday evening, they were at my house Monday afternoon. Fixed the problem in under 30 minutes. I would recommend them to neighbors and friends!
Called BB Johnson with a slight emergency. They came right out. John VanHorn was nice and polite, gave me an estimate for cost of the job. Told me he wanted to see my backyard and that he’d come right back to my from yard to give me an exact quote and project date. He literally got in the truck and drove off. I haven’t heard from him or seen him in 4 days. And I’ve called multiple times with no response. Horrible business.
within the past week I've seen 3 of their work vans driving around with expired license plates, one of them has a 2018 sticker and this is July 2019 LOL
