I will never call this company again. I called them for two very easy plumbing issues. One toilet needed the wax ring replaced and another needed the fill valve replaced. I told them this on the phone, and then I told the two plumbers that arrived the same thing. The two guys looked at the toilets for 5 min and walked out to their van to create a quote. They returned with a quote for nearly $500.00. I told them I felt that was very high for such simple work and their rebuttal was that their work is a flat rate fee. "So regardless of the time it takes, you will not be charged any more." I told them there was no way I had more than an hour of work and I refused their quote. They then required I pay $63.00 for them just to show up and give me an outrageous quote! Never ever again will I call Valley Plumbing.

Mike and James from the Charleston office arrived within an hour of calling them. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. Technicians are very knowledgeable, friendly and cleaned up after themselves.
