Just Rediculous, we had an appointment for them to come out between the hours of 12noon and 5pm a 5 hour freaking window. So what do they do, they call to come out at 9:30 am while I was at my dentist appointment that I rearranged so I could wait around for them all day.. and they decide not to come out at all now since I didn’t answer the phone at 9:30 for my noon appointment.. why have appointment times if you don’t hold yourselves to them!!
