After a terrible experience with another plumbing company, we were very pleased with Roto Rooter. They kept in contact with us throughout the process (important, because we are out-of-state landlords and they were looking at a problem at a rental property) and were courteous and respectful. Another company identified the problem as stemming from under our driveway pad. The Roto Rooter technician advised us that it was not likely to be coming from that area and wanted to try a less expensive and invasive procedure first to rule out issues inside of the house. Luckily he was right...he saved us from ripping up our driveway pad (saving us several thousand dollars in the process) and took care of the issue in a single day. Very happy with their work.
