Went here for carpet samples. Had zero knowledge about anything going on. Just chased butterflies while trying to solve our issue of finding out the sample process for the sample boards

Horrible coordination! Stick to Carpet City if you're in this area. Scheduled carpet removal and installation with Home Depot two weeks in advance after having to the full amount upfront including having to pay a premium $70 to fit it their schedule because their schedule was full. Was told they would arrive between 8am-10am. Fast forward to the day of installation, past 10am, no one showed up, no phone call about cancellation or if there was any issues of the works. Decided to call them after 10:30am. A guy picked up and it sort of seemed like they forgot about the appointment and will send someone in asap... Two guys showed up around 1pm and said they had a "car issue." Okay, apparently the person on the phone said nothing about that but oh well. You already had a two hour window to save yourself some time, yet you show up 3 hours late, plus no phone call to communicate any issues. This is unprofessional service! Never again.
