He wouldn't take my job because he no longer does attic work, but this person really, really seems to know what he's talking about. He's good at explaining everything and seems very honest and trustworthy. I wish he could have taken my job, but he could not due to the location of my system. He used 10 minutes of his day to give me information knowing full well that he was not going to make any money off of it. He was honest, patient, direct and knowledgeable. Good professional!

We were extremely satisfied with everything. He was able to arrive the same day I called in my broken A.C. unit and was very thorough in explaining everything he was doing as he was doing it while sticking around after the job was done to teach me the steps I need to know to keep the unit running at it's best. I highly recommend O & W.

It was Tuesday about 6pm 1 day before the 4th of July holiday and I find out our water heater took Its last breath. I called O & W and my phone rang 15 min later and I was like thank you. He gave me a quote over the phone and came the next morning and took care of everything. Very nice work very Informative and very neat and good workmanship. Will use O& W again very pleased. Thank you O & W for hot water on the 4th of July.
