Local Service Pro Plumbing

I am very happy with the level honesty and clarity of this company. I was not sure where the my bathroom were passing so I called them for their camera service. John, their technician, came to my house and gave great advice and prevented something very costly by making the right and proper suggestion. I am so happy that I called this company to come and see my master bathroom,before I start the remodeling. I give them 10 start of I could and I will most definitely used them again (God Forbid) if I have a plumbing problem!

Same day service even though Ralph was stuck in traffic he showed up after 8pm no extra charge and cleared the drain! Leticia in the office is wonderful to work with, she is knowledgeable and followed up on my questions. It's nice to work with a company that follows through on what they say they will do and their pricing is fair

Ray, the service technician was prompt and arrived on time stated. Ray was courteous, professional and was able quickly to solve our drain clog issue. He also provided a good tip on how to clean our garbage disposal blades. The customer service follow-up from this company was superb. I would highly recommend !

David was awesome,very knowledgeable,competent and got the job done quickly.Ms Leticia with whom we have communicated on number of occasions is extremely attentive and discerns the predicament of the client to send the right technician to address the issues we have had in the past.

John was AMAZING! My kitchen sink is fixed and then John had no problem looking at my upstairs bathroom and installed a pop up bar for the sink. Professional and warm. Love those combos! I will certainly call them again.
