Had work done at my house in march of this year, I received an invoice about two weeks ago. It had nothing on it except the amount I owed and I was over due. I called and asked for a detailed invoice, which I got last Friday. I got mail today and they sent it in to collections. I have never been there before. I have perfect credit, never missed a payment to anybody. Hope they settled for a lot less. I will make full payment to collections. I would never use them ever again after this ordeal.

Very Professional Job, installed water softener and some other repairs. Very personable, took time to explain job. Will use in the future!

Terrible business, I will be reporting to BBB. $100.00 Service charge for a 10 minute service, and another $83.00 for a part I could have gotten for $30.00. It was not only robbery but he was rude, aggressive, and just an over all bad service provider. It has been 8 hours since he left here and I am still shaken up because of how rude he was.
