DO NOT HIRE! Save yourself the frustration, untrustworthy & unreliable, Waiting over 2 months for job to be completed. Ken was paid in full, but never came back to finish the job, despite his promises to do so. Missing many brand new tools from the house after he left the 1 day he did show up, when I questioned him about the tools, he said he “mistakenly “ took them & will return them when he comes back to finish the job, that was over 2 months ago, job still not complete & tools not returned. If I “mistakenly “ took anything, you better believe I’d have them returned immediately! I’ve asked Ken @ least 10 times for an itemized statement to give to the lawyer (the house is being sold) when Ken would reply, it was either, he sent it, or he will send it...hey Ken, still don’t have the itemized statement. If you’re lucky enough to get a response from Ken, it’s always empty promises or an excuse. I’ve saved every bit of correspondence between Ken & myself, never an apology for any of this drawn out ridiculousness, or taking of the tools, but there’s plenty of excuses. How someone like this remains in business is a mystery, maybe people think writing a review doesn’t really matter, if more people did, I would have never hired Ken, hopefully this will spare you the grief. I’v done everything I can to work this out, the lawyer will be dealing with Ken now

Don’t waste your time. I wasted mine so don’t make the same mistake! As I looked at reviews for Ken, I saw a couple saying he isn’t fast to reply and that he didn’t show up to a job he had planned. I brushed it off, figuring it was probably a one time situation where something came up. WELL, I was wrong. We had a day scheduled for him to come install vinyl flooring in our new home and the few days before, we called and texted asking him what supplies we needed to buy for him to do the job. The night before the job, he finally texted a very brief description of what we needed to buy. The only reason he answered us is because we used a different phone number to contact him and he answered because he didn’t know the number. We headed to the store and picked everything up with the help of a worker. We waited around all day the next day and he never showed up, mentioned he wouldn’t make it, or even acknowledged us at all. He comes off as very reliable and educated but he isn’t.

Got a quote and made a date for vinyl to be put in. Also got quotes for several different projects I needed done in my home. After the day of the quote he wouldn’t answer texts or pick up phone when I called. Never showed up on the day we set up for the job to be done, also never got a text or phone call that he wouldn’t make it. He would answer my friends phone text messages when he thought it was a new customer/job. VERY UNRELIABLE AND UNTRUSTING HANDYMAN. I’m actually glad he didn’t do the job because he probably would have done half the job and never come back to finish.

very quick response, great work, finished job quickly and efficiently and did exactly what was asked of him. He did great work and was friendly are reliable. Will use him again
