Kenosha Plumbing did an excellent job fixing our failed sump pump. A plumber arrived within 45 minutes of my initial phone call during their after-hours time. The job was completed quickly and efficiently. The pricing was fair and super-reasonable compared to competitors in the area. The office staff was kind and responsive. Excellent 24- hour emergency service!

QUALITY AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE This is the second time I have used this company. They are the best.Very customer service oriented. From the initial call you are treated with professional kindness They are very helpful and supply you with needed information before your appointment. Their honesty saved me money The plumber Joey was on time and very professional. He made sure I had the information I needed regarding the installed product.

I generally won't write reviews. But we had occasion to use them twice in the last week, once for a new water heater for another member of our family, and once for a non-emergency sink repair. Both times they showed up as scheduled, and both times did their jobs promptly and cleanly, were polite and actually charged less than the over-the-phone estimate. Wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

We hired Kenosha Plumbing for a leaky faucet and clearing a tub drain. After clearing the drain our renters noticed the ceiling below starting to stain. When clearing the drain, they had created a small leak in the trap so came out again to repair. They took direction from the renter (without authorization from the owner) to replace the whole trap. The plumber used a sawsall to saw through the old trap and in doing so also cut through a nearby electrical wire taking out power to half the upstairs. Water started dripping through the ceiling and the renter voiced concerns and asked if they could use a bucket or something to catch the water. He was told it was normal and won’t be much. The ceiling gave out and water pour over their couch. Due to time constraints because we were selling the home, I paid a local electrician cash to fix the electrical damage and patch the ceiling. Kenosha plumbing then demanded payment and threatened to initiate a mechanical lien if not paid. The cost and damage they caused was due to pure negligence. I would not recommend doing business with a company that has such poor ethics as Kenosha Plumbing.
