The nicest technicians! They came the same day I called, replaced my water heater and were on their way. The tech also took the time to educate me and show me how the water heater worked. Very satisfied customer here! Highly recommend.
Moved into a home in Kenosha, early August, and had Lee Plumbing come out to handle 3 outstanding items from inspection. They fixed 2 no problem, explained why 3rd item was OK, fixed 2 additional items from their inspection. Thanks for the quick work. Lee had two plumbers stop by on their way back from larger job, so everything was fixed inside of an hour. A nicer pair of guys you could not find, very pleasant, very professional. Thanks, Steve.
My wife and I recently bought a new home which required some minor plumbing work. We wanted assistance installing a new dishwasher and kitchen faucet. Additionally, our home inspector identified some minor plumbing violations (missing air gap and flex pipe under sink) that we wanted to have addressed. We decided to go with Lee Plumbing because of their accreditation with the Better Business Bureau and the “Best of Kenosha County” for the past three years. A few weeks back I scheduled our appointment for an upcoming Friday afternoon), my wife would be taking a half day of work to meet the technician. On the day of the scheduled service work, no one showed up and no call was made to us about the missing technician. About a half hour after our 1PM appointment was scheduled I called Lee’s office for an explanation. I was informed that “The technician that was scheduled to come to your home is stuck on another job and cannot leave the situation until the work is complete. We are making arrangements for a different technician to come instead”. This in and of itself did not upset me, I understand that things happen that require schedules to change. However after a few hours of waiting without a call I called the office for a second time. I was informed that “we have a technician coming out now and because of the inconvenience, he will work past normal hours and we will not charge the overtime fee.” At this point in time I was a little upset with the lack of communication but was relieved that a technician was on the way and that the work would be completed. Tom Lee, the technician, showed up around 3:45 and informed my wife that he had another appointment at 5pm and would not be able to do any of the work. When I got home and heard about what had happened I once again called the Lee Plumbing office for an explanation. Unfortunately, since it was now past regular business hours I was transferred to their immediate service line. I spoke with the on call plumber Robert about our frustration with the situation and what Lee planned on doing to rectify the situation. Robert informed me that he would pass this message on to his boss and that I should expect Lee to contact me promptly the following Monday to discuss the situation. The following Monday came and went and I never heard anything back from Lee Plumbing. I don’t know if Lee is too busy or if it is because our job was on the smaller scale, but my wife and I are extremely upset and frustrated on how we were treated. I have yet to hear back from Lee Plumbing, I wonder if they even care.
Thank you for the great tech "Brian" that came out today. He performed the annual maintenance on our Air Conditioning and Furnace units. He was helpful pointing out several minor things that will help us out over the next year. Well done! John F.
My wife and I initially had a plumber here to look for a leak. We were charged 125.00 and were guaranteed nothing was wrong. A few days later, we had a major leak and a bunch of old photo albums were ruined. They sent someone over to find the leak, and they did within 10 minutes. Two weeks later, they repaired it within 90 minutes. After a couple of billing errors, Julie and Todd worked hard to put my mind at ease and take care of me. Thanks Lee plumbing!
