Awesome service, very thorough and friendly. They do a great job! A+ Lee is awesome! We had our alarm go off today. I called Quality Removal and Lee came out within the hour to check. He quickly determined it as a bad switch and set me with a person that he highly recommended to fix it. He called him and setup the appointment for us on Monday. A+ service you do not find anymore!
This company takes very good care of its customers! We had an unexpected tank overflow (back into our basement) several years ago on a Saturday morning right after guests arrived for the weekend. I called and left a message for them, hoping they could squeeze us in first thing Monday morning — I figured our weekend was ruined. Less than 20 minutes later, a Quality Removal truck was backing into our driveway! I will never use any other company!!
