So we came up to our family cabin in Mercer and quickly noticed we had a water plumbing issue after the winter freeze. I called Klopatek plumbing and they came over ASAP and he fixed the initial problem only to find another problem, he jumped right on it and repaired more than we originally thought. He was courteous and clean. He did such a great job! We couldnt be happier. Now we are back to fishing! Thanks KlopatekPlumbing!

My parents had called them for a clean and check, and then tried to sell them a new furnace, and air conditioner for $6000.00 - $7000.00 . A day or two later the furnace quit working on a nice 0 degree night. They had to call another HVAC company to come out and fix the furnace. My father asked if it needed to be replaced, this company said no it's in great shape. Whoever worked on it prior, didn't know what they were doing. So beware of this company, they will try to take advantage of the elderly.

We called Klopatek in early July 2017 for an estimate on some plumbing work on a new bathroom. We were urged to get this project underway ASAP as they were extremely busy in the fall. We prepared and got ready for their arrival. On the 19th we received their quote, called them with questions only to find out the John was now on vacation. We spoke with Scott who answered all of our questions and said that when John returned they would send us out a revised quote. We never received that quote, nor did we receive a phone call. When we did call to see what the status of this job was we basically got the run around. We tried desperately to get a start date out of them but were never given any time frame ...saying," Ah, maybe in a week or so." which also came and went. Here it is a month later and still nothing from them. VERY UNRELIABLE!

I purchased a new 50 gallon Rheem water heater from Klopatek Plumbing. They delivered it bright and early the very next morning, spent less than an hour here: $850.00. The water heater did not heat water properly. Three phone calls and a visit to the shop asking them to please check it (I live 3 miles from the shop) resulted in no response. I had the water heater fixed on my own. I was told by the manufacturer that Klopatek Plumbing is not listed as a service contractor for Rheem water heaters. Interesting. No stars would be my rating. So much for SHOP LOCAL!
