MOST UNPROFESSIONAL -called because i had a leak coming through my ceiling.Was told he would stop out sometime in the middle of next week.After waiting all week I called on monday and left a message to call me with a day or time he could make it.He never did come out or call me back and on thursday I called a different company and had my leak fixed in less than 1 hour.Will NEVER call on Strasburg Plumbing again. added later--- in his defense after I called him and told him not to bother and that I had someone else fix it he did call back and apologise for forgetting me-a little late to matter but a nice gesture
