We hired Pertzborn to update our 1980s condo sprinkler heads, and they did an amazing job. Joe was prompt and courteous with his proposal, and Jerry was awesome to have doing the work. He was clean, conscientious, and friendly. We can’t wait to have our ceilings restored and our remodel completed, because we will not miss the old, unattractive sprinklers that were fully exposed. I suspect some of our neighbors will consider updating their sprinklers once they see the finished project. The new sprinklers are “pop down” heads which look like a white disk on the ceiling. Very unobtrusive.

I cannot tell you how Pertzborn Plumbing saved my life AGAIN today after their GREAT SERVICE this morning, August 27,2019. I woke up to water all over my kitchen floor that also had accumulated on into my utility room here in my condo on the far west side of Madison. I called them at 7:30 AM. explained my problem & was assured I would have one of their plumber’s out here at 9:00 AM. Ryan Lamb pulled in my driveway at exactly 9:00 AM, was here for 11/2 hours working the entire time fixing “ my issue” & I have NEVER been so thankful for Pertzborn’s fast, prompt, excellent service in all the year’s I have been using them since I moved to Madison in 1963. The staff at Pertzborn is friendly, helpful,understanding & courteous through out the conversation’s you have with them when you place your phone call to them. Ryan Lamb is a knowledgeable, smart,hard working plumber & I am sure just one of the outstanding plumber’s that this company employ’s. Thank you very much!!! Julie Winding

The customer service is exceptional—from the assistance with getting everything scheduled to accommodate all the other services involved (Min), to the expertise, friendliness and professionalism of the plumber (Dennis). The contractor we are working with even commented on the above and beyond help and friendliness of the plumber. Makes for a great working environment for everyone.

Drain techs came and discovered a gas leak. They were very friendly, professional and may have saved my life. Plumber came a few days later for other issues and he was equally as friendly and professional. I feel as if they went beyond "their duty" in the job they did. Today I received their imvoice and was pleasantly surprised at the amount. All around, Perzborn was a great company to deal with. Thank you.

These guys know there stuff! I've had them do plumbing for us a few times. We will continue to use them in the future for plumbing projects. Great company, with knowledgeable and friendly staff!
