Kinetico of Siren

Excellent experience.

Went up to our cabin to check things out and discovered our boiler quit working. We had frozen pipes, the softwater cyclinders split and the Kinetico drinking system was also shot. The best call I ever made on March 1st was Kenetico of Siren, WI. I believe , they sent us their best tech,...Wade Wambolt came to our rescue and saved the day in our eyes. He was unbelievable !!! First he bypassed the water system that was shot, so we could turn on the water to find any other pipes that were ruptured. I never imagined when I called him that he would stay at our cabin until all the pipes that leaked were fixed. He repaired 6 pipes. He also gave us a recommendation for a company that could come and look at our boiler and they came the same day also.

Couldn't of asked for a more wonderful and friendly experience. Everyone that we talked with from the ones who answer the phone to the technician that comes out to your home to install your product. We personally had Ben, and he is great. You won't be sorry you have decided to choose these guys for all your water needs.
