I called and the office staff was friendly and very helpful getting me an appointment time that was convenient for me. Matt, the technician that came out, was also very friendly and efficient. He got me an answer for why my AC unit wasn't working and quickly got it fixed. I really appreciate the service and I will definitely call All Comfort back for my future needs.

5 stars so more can see this. Upfront pricing is $65 for dispatch and $140 is the cheapest code they will bill if there's no work to do, for a minimum of $200 just to have someone look at your pipes. It's an alright service, but my experience was a little more unique. There's a small leak somewhere under my sink, but can't tell where it's coming from. I put a towel under the sink that gets wet over the course of a couple of days, but can't tell how it gets wet. I called All Comfort Services to hopefully have a professional diagnose it, but no luck. I ended up paying $200 for 20min of professional time and what might still be a leak. edit: updated a typo and for a reply. Thanks for looking into the my information. I'm not dissatisfied with the service, I agreed with the professional that there wasn't anything to be done if he couldn't tell where the leak was coming from. I would probably call again if I was having a bigger issue. I would have preferred more upfront pricing other than the $65 dispatch fee, but I understand that can get complicated to advertise/discuss when a customer calls.

Came home from a two week holiday to find out home interior at 87 degrees. Our friend had turned the A/C on for us 8 hours before our arrival. Called All Comfort Services first thing the following morning. They said they’d send a technician between 10-2. Maurice arrived at 10. Was happy to see him. Maurice quickly diagnosed the issue. Thankfully it was Something that could be fixed on sight. A capacitor. Maurice was very polite and explained what he was doing as he completed his task. He also made some maintenance recommendations that would help the system operate at its best. Would highly recommend All Comfort Services and especially Maurice.

Maurice was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable about our heating system. He took the time he needed to ensure our furnace was safe and ready for winter. Hope to see him for next year’s checkup!

Today, I had my AC unit checked by Faith from All Comfort. Customer service at its best! She explained everything she checked and tested, and was patient with all of my questions. She educated me on a few self service maintenance things I should be doing. She offered several options, detailing costs and benefits to each. It is rare to find service personnel that are this knowledgeable, thorough, and dedicated to making the experience excellent for the customer. She definitely went above and beyond. I appreciate it, and will continue to give All Comfort my business due to this positive interaction.
