I have never done business with them, but the 1 star is for lack of common sense when out and about in the field. Customer service isn't just the job you do for someone, it is how you represent yourself during and outside business hours! This morning I stopped at KT before work. I came back out to my vehicle and no joke, had a few inches between my car door and the Every truck. WHO DOES THAT IN A BUSINESS TRUCK!? So, obviously I took a picture. Picture doesn't do justice really, bad angle on my part. I don't even think my 5 year old son could have fit through the space he left me to get in. I had to crawl through my passenger door to get in. Not cool Every Plumbing. If you are in a bigger vehicle, park at the end or along the back. Represent the company you work for, because after this I feel like your not worth calling if I ever have a problem!
Called on Monday morning and they were able to help us install a new sink and garbage disposal on Tuesday morning. Ray was fantastic. Knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, we highly recommend Every for your home plumbing job.
Great service, friendly faces, competitive prices.
It's not easy finding a plumber in the yellow pages that is licenced for Minnesota, but Every came to the rescue when our washer started to drain out of the basement sink! A quick installation of an access point and a thorough snaking solved it all. Although we were nervous about the bill being mailed (rather than an "on site" transaction), it was a great relief to find such a fair price for the excellent service provided. I highly recommend Every Plumbing! ☆☆☆☆☆
Thank you for fixing our toilet and for going above and beyond to clean up an old and discussing dirty mess of caulk that was left behind from the last plumber (that wasn't an Every plumber!!)
