A1 Septic & Drain Cleaning

I only experience terrible customer service with this company. I called their 1-800 number on a Thursday and was told I would receive a call that night about my septic system issue. The following Tuesday, I called again because I hadn't heard anything. The person on the phone apologized and said I would receive a call that day or the next. It's been three weeks now, and I haven't heard a word. This company is clearly not reliable.
