Every thing was great. Prompt appointment, on time, gave us a estimate before starting work. Fast, courteous service by the guys!!!! Explained was was done and what to what for as our home is 40 yrs. old and aging:) Answered all our questions and cleaned up after they finished. I would definitely call them for service again when needed. Friendly, courteous, and professional.....TOP NOTCH!!!!!!
Extremely thorough and helpful. Luke went through step by step and showed me what work needed to be done. He was absolutely wonderful. As a first time home buyer I asked a lot of silly questions. He was patient and completely understood what I was going through. He explained everything he was doing and he made sure I was 100% satisfied with his work. He did a second repair that I was just looking for a quote on and gave me solid advice on future home repairs. I will be definitely using Southport for all my needs. They were recommended by a co-worker and I can 110% see why. I will be recommending them all the time. 5 stars!
These guys are wonderful! Very professional, kind, and courteous. They took care of my plumbing issue and explained everything they did. I would definitely, actually.. I would only use them again! Great service!!

Andrew was great! He explained everything that needed to be fixed & why. The cost was quoted up front & he wasn’t pushy at all about a part that was optional to replace. Hopefully we will all be cooling off very soon! ????
