Get a quote in writing. Quoted $850-$950 for a water heater install, got a bill for $1300, with no call prior to starting work to let me know the higher price. The water heater they installed is too large for the space it is in, they crammed it in between the well pressure tank and water softener and it's pushing on both. Called numerous times to try to pay my bill and no one ever answers the phone. Poor customer service and poor business practice. Will not use again, do not recommend.

2 years ago I would’ve said use kascade in a heartbeat!. Fast forward to today, and I would say stay away. Pete came on a simple drain clog. After he left and I cleaned the disgusting mess he left everywhere, I noticed a sewage smell and noticed he didn’t even reconnect the drain!. Charged $380. A few months later pete did some work on my duplex, he destroyed the ceiling tiles in the bathroom, somehow disconnected the electrical to the light in the bathroom, all while never letting me know. My tenant called and told me. I called pete and he said “oh sorry, I forgot to tell you”!. If you have NO other options only ask for Sam, he does great work, but works for a bad company.

Service was fine but check pricing before they do any work for you. Had a garbage disposal installed after they finished work under annother contract and hosed me for over $230.00 for labor. Would never recommend.

Always responsive and quick when needed. I won't use anyone else and highly recommend them!
