They didn't just fix the problem, they offered great solutions to avoid future problems. I have never met a plumber that put so much care into his work. I contacted Burnett Plumbing again to install a new water softener. The water quality is excellent and I have an app on my phone that sends me water usage stats and notifies me when salt is low.
