They have awful communication with each other. I've been trying to get my pipes done and told they will call me back but never do. Last spring I called to get a hot water heater replaced. Got the run around. My bathroom toilet was leaking and couldn't get someone out to fix it. If you don't want the work just say it. Stop stringing people along.
