They were the second plumber I tried on a Monday morning, the first told me it would be three weeks if I was a previous customer, which I wasn't, I thought I was screwed. So I called the folks at Moede said they'd try to squeeze me in Monday and I told them I understood if they couldn't. To my surprise Curt was over there by noon and took care of my issue.

RUDE AND CONDESCENDING!!! Didn't even do business with them but yet feel compelled to let everyone know how they conduct business!. My hot water heater died yesterday and I purchased one this morning. I was hesitant to call due to Yelp and Google reviews, but had no other options. I explained my situation and was told that since I didn't purchase the hot water heater from them that I would be not a priority, which I get. But then the receptionist told me that it would be 2 MONTHS before they even could possibly get to it!! She then asked if I wanted to be placed on there list, and I stated that a family cannot go 2 months without hot water AND SHE ACTUALLY LAUGHED AT ME! Funny is not how I would describe the situation and they apparently do not want new customers (we are new home owners and never dealt with this before). Luckily I found a plumber that actually likes money and new business. I would rather go without water for 2 months than pay these condescending jerks a dime!!!

This family owned business, for over 50 years, knows everything about plumbing. The service technicians get right to the issue at hand, and get the job done with a professional attitude. I highly recommend them for any and all plumbing requirements.

Don't waste your time calling this place. Had an issue with my toilet called them and was told we'll be there between 11 and 2 the next day. Next day at some point during that time window I get a call saying there to busy but I could make an appointment for the following week. Yeah cause everybody wants to wait over a week to have a working toilet.

Terrible customer service. I needed a water heater installed and was told that I would get a call back the following week. Never received a call and no one answered the phones for over a week. When I tried contacting them through Facebook, they responded to my request for a phone call with their business hours. Finally got someone on the phone and was treated with zero sympathy for my situation (2 weeks without hot water!). Was told that I the work couldn't be schedule as they simply work on people in the order that they're received and 'if we call and they aren't home, there's nothing we can do'.
