Neil showed up on time and quickly determined the root cause of why I had to change out my outside house bib, it had been installed at the incorrect angle when the home was built originally. So, he corrected this problem also so I wouldn't be experiencing the same problem again in a year. He then did some diagnostics on why my septic pump alarm was stuck on. Turns out it was a bad wire which he corrected without having to replace the alarm. Would call them again in a second, great customer service!

Martens has been servicing our home for over 16 years. They are reliable, fairly priced and their team provides EXCELLENT customer service. Dan was out recently to fix our air conditioning unit and he was awesome! Thanks, Martens! Keep up the great work!!

I have had multiple issues come up of varying degrees. Marten's has been able to respond quickly and handle all the projects. Only complaint I would have came from my last project where I felt the plumber worked at a very leisurely pace and charged me for every ounce of time. I have had some of their other professionals come out and felt they had a greater sense of urgency when completing their tasks. Besides that all their team has been extremely friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them and I will continue to use their services in the future.
