They came out quickly when we had a sewer problem in our basement on a weekend. They were efficient and friendly with fair pricing. We are very thankful for their service.
Understaffed, slow to come out and then they didn't turn up...and no phone call. Bad service and rude...would NEVER call again.

I called JR Plumbing about a leaky kitchen faucet and the person who answered the phone was very helpful and worked with me to troubleshoot the issue rather than come over on an appointment and make me spend money on an easy fix. I appreciated the honesty and willingness to work with me even though he could have just as easily come over for the appointment and taken my money on an easy fix. I'll make sure to call them again due to the honesty and old fashioned way of working with a customer.
