Brandon and Cooper Plumbing were great! The answering service took my information and Brandon called back a little while later. He fixed the issue with a stuck cartridge, explained the what can cause it, and gave me some good tips for checking for leaks in the future.

About three weeks ago, I called and left a voicemail to inquire about having someone look at my water heater that was leaking. I waited 2 days and called back and left a second voicemail. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt with it being after the holidays and maybe being busy. I waited another 3-4 days and left a third voicemail. I had had some people recommend Cooper so I wanted to give a local business my money. After my third attempt, I called elsewhere and my water heater was replaced within a day. I’m highly disappointed and would never recommend Cooper Plumbing. Three weeks later and I am yet to receive a call back. They have permanently lost my business.

I called Cooper Plumbing 9 days ago. Left a voicemail describing a "somewhat urgent issue". They never called back. In the meantime, their competitor got someone out right away, fixed the issue, and gained a loyal customer. Cooper Plumbing lost.

Brandon came to my house to diagnose my water heater and quote the install of a new one. After looking at my unit he determined that my electric heater simply needed new elements. He then spent nearly an hour explaining how this is a job I could complete myself and showed me what I would need to do. He left without a new job but definately a new customer! The least I could do is give him a 5 star review! Oh yeah...his quoted price for the job, when we still thought I may need a new heater, was very fair and he took the time to explain my options.

I contacted Cooper Plumbing to install a dishwasher in my kitchen which did not have one in it before and hook up a water line for my refrigerator. They made it extremely easy to set up a time and arrived right on schedule, even though I live way out in the country!! They installed the dishwasher and hooked up the water line in no time, and I was very happy with their level of professionalism and service. I would highly recommend Cooper Plumbing to anyone. Also, I love that Cooper Plumbing is a local, family owned business and I plan to continue using them for any future plumbing needs.
