Bassett plumbing installed our home plumbing when our home was built in 2001. We called to ask them to do a small job for us this week and got the run around. Needless to say, they lost a customer.
Went out of their way and made a special trip with short notice for a job well done! Highly recommend!
Horrible! They do not return calls and / or are just rude. I am pretty sure they are out of business. Do not use this company!
