Daniels went above and beyond when my furnace broke down in the middle of December. Very personable and professional assistance. Each product and installation plan was specifically discussed, and we chose the best plan for my home and budget. Daniels worked with my fuel company so that I wasn't the middle man, and my calls were always immediately responded to. Installation accommodated my integrated wood burner system. The former home owner was a major DIY, to include furnace installation. Even the wood burner had a helter-skelter MOD system. Everything was corrected, updated, and upgraded, and included in the original purchase and installation price. I was very impressed that Daniels has such a diverse portfolio in heating and plumbing.
