We needed a really quick pressure tank test and repressure in regards to our home sale. Repair person was very friendly and helpful, and they are reasonable and fair on pricing. They came right away and provided additional documentation about the work for our home sale immediately when asked. Cannot say enough about how much that is appreciated. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Worst customer service ever - unbelievably rude. "Emergency" service is a total joke - they'll get there when convenient for them. They came Friday morning when we had no water, left me a voicemail that I was "good to go" but to call them back, and by Friday night after using the water for 5 minutes we had no water *again*. Their response? Berate me for not calling them back sooner. Sorry, I was a little busy catering two weddings this weekend, and you said "GOOD TO GO" in my voicemail. I called a different company over to replace our well pump since I'd had enough abuse from these asshats and they said "if Judd tries to charge you for what they did this morning, don't pay them." Yeah, that's not good to hear. Protect your home and your sanity and stay far, far away, people.
Judd plumbing came out to replace a holding tank/bladder for well. Left us with a leak worse than before. Promised he would be back at 8:00 on monday. Never showed. Never called. Office staff very rude and said he would get there when he did. Acted like she could care less and suggested I leave my door unlocked. (yeah, thats safe). I had used them for 10 years. Never again. Dean did exactly what was needed to my septic without changing my estimate! I couldn't believe my bill ! 200.00 BELOW estimate!!! True ,honest, experienced Company! I paid 800.00 in 2010 for the re-wiring and alarm in home to be fix ! All my wiring was original to homes age ! And alarm didn't work ! Which did damage to drywall in basement! JUDDS FIXED EVERYTHING AND FOR HALF PRICE ! I DON'T BASH OTHER COMPANIES! STAY AWAY FROM A COMPANY NEAR MIDDLETON! IF U DON'T! GET 2 ESTIMATES IN WRITING!
