Jack arrived on time for the appointment. He is friendly and courteous. He completed the work in a timely. Jack reviewed his work and the future maintenance schedule, he also talked with us about CO2 detectors and the importance of having a quality detector. Master Services has now Tuned-up or furnace and air conditioner. We are very pleased with the service they have given us.

I've used Master Services for the past few years ever since I had my old furnace and AC replaced. They have all always done an outstanding job. All their staff are friendly and will always try to accommodate you. All of their techs are friendly and helpful. I've met most of them in the last few years. When I had problems with my new furnace they came out free of charge until the issue was finally resolved. Thomas was out here recently to do a yearly check of my AC. Very professional and knowledgeable. Also fixed a minor issue I had notice before. All part of the service. Can't say enough good things about the people that work at this company. So far so good, no bad experiences. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dan has been servicing our account for some time. He is a pleasure to work with. He burnishes the master Services each time we interact with him. He is prompt, knowledgeable and pleasant. He does the job correctly the first time. It is great to be his customer. Best. Dale Matschullat

I can't begin to describe the level of professionalism and sincerity that Dan showed to our entire family yesterday. Our pipes where leaking into the basement from upstairs and he quickly fixed and repaired the entire problem and went above and beyond anything we would have ever expected. I am also very thankful we purchased the membership plan prior with Master Services which significantly and very positively contributed to all aspects of this event! A+ job. Thomas McGrath showed up and immediately went to work on servicing my A/C unit and was very helpful in pointing out a few things that needed attention. He had the items in his truck and was able to replace the filter and freon in a matter of minutes. He was professional and courteous as well. Job well done!
