Excellent service and very prompt! Our toilet tank cracked & broke on a Sunday night. We have 2 bathrooms so just turned off the water to the broken one... not an emergency. We call the office on Monday morning at 9, Eric was here by 10:30 with a new toilet and had it installed by 11:30! He was very professional and personable. Great experience!!!

In the last year we have had two different HVAC companies give horrible service. So, the other morning one of the furnaces would not fire as we found out the Igniter had failed. I called Southern Lakes and they wanted to schedule that day, which was a Friday, if they finished their appointments in the area. The Scheduler called back to say that the Repairman was finished and was on the way to us. He arrived, very pleasant and diagnosed the problem... had the Igniter on the truck, replaced, tested, and Boom... We have a new HVAC!!!
