Not happy at all with the customer services especially from Jenny, United Septic has been our exclusive contractor for our services until we were recently terminated for reasons that are still unclear. I have been told by Jenny that "obstructions that are in the way from them being able to complete services", which is not true( I always has staff on site to assist with any of their needs), and that they would now need a street permit to park their truck on the street to service my building, which is not true, and verified with the City, and that it was not her job to look into if a permit was needed or their responsibility to obtain one. WHAT??? It is your job as the contractor you need to know all the local codes and laws. I would have provided one if necessary but was not given the opportunity to respond before being canceled!! They also missed our service date and called 2.5 hours later to tell me they would not be able to make it and wanted to reschedule for a date that I would not have staff on site to assist and would not allow us to extend to a date when I did have staff available. I would NEVER recommend anyone with customer services such as these. I think one star is too much credit for the services provided and the hassle it was to work with them!!

Month and half booking wait time is ridiculous! Jenny who took my call, (said she is the owner when I asked to speak with someone else) is rude!!! When I politely told her she was rude, she went off the handle about how she wasn’t gonna waste her time booking an appt for someone who was gonna look into other options. Customer services sucks! Service time is beyond ridiculous!!!

We've been using United Septic & Drain for over 10 years - always great service, friendly, professional prompt and fair pricing. Definitely recommend.
